   As CTO:

   1. Assembled a team after the departure of the previous one (before me).

   3. Created from scratch the smart lighting management system Synergy of ASUNO class. Won the RZHD accelerator with this product and achieved implementation at two regional railway stations.

   5. Made a transition to Chinese components for the flagship IoT device of the company, ensured the possibility of production in 2022 and made a significant part of the 2023 budget.
3. 10.2019 — 11.2021Inzhenerniy centr Energoauditkontrol Position: CTO.
   1. Created a concept project of the Retail electricity market platform. Gathered 170 requirements, elaborated architecture, selected blockchain for data reliability, described 31 user stories, described 31 business processes, developed 31 prototypes of user interfaces, digitized 30 industry documents.
   2. Developed a working prototype for collecting readings of IoT electricity meters with KEP signature and recording to blockchain.
   3. Based on Camunda, developed and implemented a public procurement management system for the federal service for alcohol market regulation.
   4. Conducted load testing of EGAIS for Centrinform.
4. 08.2017 — 10.2018Perviy OFD Position: technical director.
   1. Managed a team of 40 people (developers, DevOps, QA, UX and UI specialists, analysts, data scientists, technical writers) creating and supporting software for online fiscalization of approximately a quarter of a million cash registers across the country.
   2. Successfully implemented two internal startups related to mobile applications in the role of product owner.
   3. Implemented KPI based on results for the entire department.
   4. Raised SLA of main services from 99% to 99.9%, and for some services to 99.99%.
